I did not do any April Fools jokes this year. A first for me. I love practical jokes, but I sometimes get too carried away so I don’t do them so often. I’m usually a serious and reserved kind of person so it is very easy for me to pull people into my maligned machinations of humor.
Oh, my, Rachel. I almost fell for this…if for no other reason because my neighbor just got engaged to her beau after 2 months. I thought maybe this was a new trend.
Ha!
And seriously, the woman I know DID get engaged after only 6-8 weeks. God bless her, I hope the third time’s a charm.

That was really silly. I read this post early today and closed the page. I hadn’t experienced an April Fool’s joke in years and sorry to say, was not amused. For someone who blogs about her love life for a living, if there were a hot new man in the picture, we would have heard about him by now (especially with the supposed “whirlwind” in the past week.)Come on…next topic…
