Who’s your role model for celebrity divorce?

BabyCenter blogger Carolyn Robertson says it’s Kate Hudson for sure (”Out and about with Kate Hudson“).
She’s got a point: Kate and ex Chris Robinson don’t bad mouth each other in the press. In fact, they make it a point to have fun in as a family in public.
It’s unbelievable how often divorcing parents talk negatively about each other in front of their children. Of course, you feel angry and resentful, but remember: whatever your feelings are about your ex, bottle them up until you can talk privately to a girlfriend, family member, or therapist. In the end, bad-mouthing your ex in your kids’ presence is only going to hurt them.
Personally, I’m a huge fan of single mom celebrity actress Bridget Moynahan, who decided to give her little guy her last name: John Edward Thomas Moynahan. (Instead of his father’s — NFL’s Tom Brady — last name.) She seems to have a super-positive attitude about single motherhood.

I like Bridgette too. She handled a truly difficult situation with such grace and class.
I like Angelina Jolie, actually. Even though she really only gets the “single mom” title on a technicality now. I liked her commitment to Maddox even before Brad, though.
